Yes, especially if you can buy before Monday. You get a gift card towards any future apple purchases. I believe the m2 Air is a $175 gift card, and you'll definitely feel the difference in performance. I still have my m1, and it runs strong. The apple silicon is remarkable.

Yes! The M3 Air was debated to come out in January 2024 but got pushed back to June 2024.

You can find better deals with the refurbished M1/M2 MacBook Pro 14. The M2 Pro has better performance and ports than the M3 Air will have.

M3 Air may come June 4th at WWDC. Can you wait that long? Then do so. If you can’t wait that long, then take advantage of any sales and buy and M1 or M2. If you’re going to be using this Air for seven more years, better it be on the new design and screen improvements of the M2.

m1 should be lightyears away from your intel mac, but a really significant jump that you will definitely feel would be an m-pro or m-max chip (m1, 2, or 3).

Don't wait. You can buy the newest M2, perfectly handling everyday challenges.

Even an m1 air would be absolute improvement . You don’t need to actually wait for the m3 to be honest unless you have FOMO. If you need it now buy it now if not dont . Simple there will be always a product on the horizon

Get an M1 then wait at least another two or three years until the architecture has advanced again. I can’t stress how fast M1 is.

If you can get a M2 Macbook Air on discount, I don't think you will regret it when the M3 Macbook Air is released.
