I'm working on a problem most of us have hit firsthand: finding a PG or co-living space in a new city in India is still mostly word-of-mouth, broker-dependent, or a scroll through stale listings.

I built InstaDwell to fix the discovery side. No brokers, no listing fees for users, filter by locality and price. Still early, still learning.

Two honest questions for this community:

  1. Organic reach without spam: what actually works for reaching students and working professionals in India who are actively relocating? I've tried Reddit (mixed results), city-specific forums, and long-form blog content. What have you seen work, or what would make you share something like this with a friend?

  2. Privacy by default: I'm already avoiding forced account creation for browsing. What else would make a platform like this earn your trust? No trackers, open listings, something else?

Not here to promote. Genuinely want the feedback before I scale anything.
