So, I think I'm understanding this right. Florida has a state ran insurance program that they are now privatizing. That means, do NOT buy any land in Florida unless you're someone who can cover any damage.

If a company makes an offer that is within 15% more than the Citizens rate, the policy must be moved to the private carrier.
If one of our donors demands 15% profit on a policy, you have to give it to them.
