Okay, industry insider here, they've stopped shutting them down in court, which is a good thing. On the other hand, they've stopped giving new projects in planning DOD clearances. So, thats effectively denying the projects without pulling permits or issuing shut downs via court orders.

And back here in Germany our Minister of Economic Affairs and a not ignorable part of the rural population treat renewables, especially wind turbines, like the end of the world. They are behind the fucking Trump administration....
What are their supposed reasons?
For our Minister, she always talks about reliability but this is also archivable with renewables through a smarter and more integrated grid (which has also other benefits) and more storage capacity.
