No, that's definitely alpha behaviour. Your scheduler is poorly optimised because it's the first build that managed to compile.

Me too tbh. My body naturally feels tired between the hours of 2-4am generally
without going too deep into it. whenever I go to bed I think of all the abuse I've suffered through...that's probably why I can't sleep most nights
Alright i hear what you are saying, but I’m 46 and i wasted far too many years sleeping late and literally just figured out The BEST part of the day is the morning before work has stressed me out. Going to sleep early and getting up with a few hours of peace makes my days so much better.
This may be regional, because i also have the best temperatures for going outside just as the sun is coming up. Later in the day us too hot.
I would limit myself to two rules:
YouTubers do not know what works best for you. Neither do squirrels, bears and lions.
I go to bed by about 10, wake up about 8. Does that make me alpha?
With the lions the females even provide ;)
