Doesn't the US have similar concentration camps where they keep kidnapped people and abuse them in all kinds of ways, from physical abuse to sexual abuse.

The US already sends people to a death prison in El Salvador without due process don't they?

This is what happens when the population lets it get this bad. If anyone in the country is concerned about the heavy-handed tactics to reign in gang violence, then they should've done more to make sure it didn't reach this point.
