I can't wait for tech giants to face more consequences, as I think the EU is one of the last places capable of punching them in the face because these chuckleheads are too protected in the USA.

When the dogs start barking, we are doing something right.

[-] MrFinnbean@lemmy.world 45 points 1 month ago

Well that is definite proof that we should fine tech giants even harder.

We should have broke up all these big tech companies a long time ago. Hit them guys with the Anti-Trust act and BREAK THEM UP!

[-] Korhaka@sopuli.xyz 26 points 1 month ago

Stop breaking EU law or fuck off then.

[-] x00z@lemmy.world 19 points 1 month ago

Can EU companies do business in the US without adhering to its laws?

Fucking hypocrites.

There really does need to be some governance regulations in the US, surely? These are his highest sponsors and funders. They already recieve huge tax breaks for being his pals. Now he's ensuring thier place in other countries with threats of consequences.

Dear Americans, no need to wait for a grassy knoll. Use someone more accurate next time, please. Signed. Planet Earth and every one of her living organisms.
