They've got a little tasting bar at the back, and I tried a couple of faux-tequilas and bought a bottle. It's funny - I got into the car afterwards and had that burning sensation in my mouth like I'd just lined up three shots of tequila at the bar, except I was good to drive! Such are the interesting effects of the spices they used.

They had one brand of bitters, just not the one I wanted. Nevertheless, I really appreciate the recommendation. Certainly our DD will appreciate it too, being able to participate in our cocktail night :)
