8 finished episodes sitting in the can was really odd for the time. I would expect that production would be about 4 finished episodes ahead for a weekly show, and that is generous. But 8? I wonder if they finished the episodes after cancelation back then or if they did it recently.

Thats pretty cool. I can't imagine there's a huge audience clamoring for it, but it must be pretty neat to be a fan of something and then get new material for it so many years later. Like can you imagine if like suddenly Fox opened up a vault and released like five more Firefly episodes that we never heard about? I can't even imagine. I think it'd be one of those things like after a sports Championship where a city riots.

did it rectify the fans complaints of the lack of demographics in the previous show.

I’ll be honest. I’d rather them unrelease 8 old episodes of this show if possible
