    What would that mean exactly? Not allowed in the Play Store/App store in Europe? Blocking IP addresses from EU?

    Probably a mixture of both of the above, GeoIP blocking (like imgur do) + the inability to sign up for new accounts using a EU based phone number which you still need as far as I know..

    so VPNs and overseas mobile providers is the way forward I guess.

    Everyone should withdraw from 1st world countries. But we can because we made them super monsters that will always own us regardless.
