How good does coop work nowadays? (feddit.org)

Hello,

i'm thinking about playing NMS with a friend. Afaik multiplayer is a bit limited, making it not really fun or possible to play the wohle game together. I'm thinking of main lore missions for example. Is that assessment correct?

It works great! But if you have a bad internet connection, maybe not super great.

    Haven't tried it but I went on an expedition once and there def were other players on the same planet I saw. Pretty fun.

    NMS recently got a big update for custom ships + multiplayer improvements, iirc.

    I'd say to just try it out and see if you both like it.

    My brother and I build bases together. We are getting ready to try building a corvette together.
