I have ADHD, I'm sometimes feeling bad when my attention span is not working in my favour. But then I see the Internet Debaters and I feel better. At least I have a measurable attention span. Those people don't.
They are extremists... They are classified as far right. If they are the center, I don't want to know what's right of them.

AfD is only "centrist" if your center is far right. Keeping in mind how difficult it is - for important historical reasons - to mark a political party as extremist in Germany, they must have amassed evidence that would have led to way more extreme reactions in other countries.
To be fair, on an american spectrum it's kinda centrist.
