Red dot on the settings icon (lemmy.monster)

Since the recent update I have had a red dot with a number 1 in it on top of my settings icon, as if to indicate a new feature or something. After looking through most of the options, the dot persists. Any ideas as to which menu I need to look into in order to clear the dot?

I had the red dot the other day and it just went away on its own. I clicked it a couple times and found nothing there, so I just moved on with my life.

    Same. It drove me mildly crazy because I couldn't get rid of it then at some point it went away and I forgot about it.

    I just opened my recent/background apps menu and shut voyager, red dot went away.

    I cleared the cache to get rid of the notification a few days ago. I opened voyager this morning and it's back again. No update available on the Play store.

    What version? Try updating
