Kinda shows the problem. They even said they weren't gonna sponsor it, but they still let us know who wanted to!

    That was a joke. Linus not really liking dbrand but not being able to turn down the sponsorship money is basically an LTT meme at this point. Yvonne was really poking fun at Linus since they basically use every sponsorship opportunity to mess with him.

    We reached out to Sebastian about these latest accusations, and he responded via email, saying:

    I was in a state of shock reading through these allegations, plain and simple. They aren’t consistent with my recollections. They aren’t consistent with our internal processes. They aren’t consistent with our company values.

    We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. In addition to our existing report systems (both anonymous and otherwise) we’ve proactively reached out internally today to encourage members of our team to report any workplace bullying or harassment they might be experiencing so we can take quick and decisive action.

    Our HR team will be conducting a more thorough assessment of the allegations, and when we are ready, we will release a more complete statement. For now I would ask that we allow our team the time they need be as thorough as possible.

    Sorry, I worded that poorly.

    I was referring to Linus segment of the apology video.

    They won't respond to this impulsively like with GNs video, they will have to thread very carefully around this issue.

    The reason why it is so hard for this group of self-proclaimed competent individuals to just swallow their pride & come out with an actual legitimate apology is because they are, at the end of the day, a boys club. I hope Terren cleans the place up big time.

    Between all the jokes about sponsors and the ltt store I'm actually pretty disgusted. The gravity of the situation, aside from the sexual harassment alligations, doesn't warrent the jokes.

    The video was filmed and published before the tweets from Madison. They are solely refering the Gamers Nexus video.

    You are correct. I checked when it was fresh with the "uploaded x hours ago" and tweeted at xx:xx and it seemed the video was first. But those numbers are often rounded or are at different timezones.

    When you look at UTC timestamps the tweet was 06:09 while the video was at 10:33.

    He’s not wrong - I had to go and rush and get my tech sack and stick locks before y’all cancel them completely and lttstore shuts down. I wanted the stubby screwdriver too 😞

    He may be a bad YouTuber but the merch is top quality. I was waiting for a sale

    On a completely different thread I got called a shill for saying (summed up) : "I've unsubbed, thus is inexcusable, BUT their merch is top noch and I don't regret a purchase."
