I checked when it was fresh with the "uploaded x hours ago" and tweeted at xx:xx and it seemed the video was first. But those numbers are often rounded or are at different timezones. When you look at UTC timestamps the tweet was 06:09 while the video was at 10:33. permalink fedilink source parent
