From the interview he gave to Radio 4 it appears he freely admits he doesn't meet their criteria and may never have done so. That leaves the real question open: why'd he have one in the first place?

It did seem concerning that a person can be left without access to a bank in this day and age. But I found it frustratimg he choose to frame his issue as those remainers out to get him.

I think that's one of the annoying things about Farage (regardless of how you feel about his political views): he's such a talented campaigner and speaker, yet he frames everything as Leave v Remain. It's 2023, man, try to raise some other points of view.
