From a very shallow point of view she wouldn't be my choice. Especially in Japan but whatever.

The top photo is unflattering because it's at the end of the competition. There's a better photo further down the article.

Better photo but still wouldn't be my choice. From what I've seen in Japan she shouldn't even be in the running.
