The lawsuit gives several examples to establish that Activision Blizzard discriminated against him, starting with statements Bobby Kotick allegedly made at a leadership conference that the "problem" with Activision Blizzard is that "there are too many old white guys." (The suit doesn't say exactly when the conference was.)

cap-think: "Hey you know, maybe it's okay if undesirables consoom product too. I should hire some to tap into this previously untapped market!"

grill-broke: "TRAITOR! OUR CORPORATE OVERLORDS HAVE FORSAKEN US! PANDER TO ME AND ONLY ME! WE'RE NOW THE OPPRESSED ONES!"

CHUDs will regularly betray their own free market blind faith for the following:

  • Lick the wounds of any narcissistic injuries

  • Block new housing to keep property values high

  • Ban or complicate certain products if they might lead to a change in what is "normal" (their sabotage of plant-based meat and renewables)
