Oh man that question backfired on them so hard

Military family. I've seen and experienced firsthand how hard the MIC fucks each and every member over.

It's nice seeing new generations realize it's bullshit

    Military industrial complex. It's the system that keeps USA running. Aka the meat grinder. Feed young men and women to the beast, harvest their blood sweat and tears, reap more tax dollars every single year, interfere with foreign nations and profit from their suffering.

    Interestingly, Eisenhower in his original draft of the speech called it the "military-industrial-congressional complex" but eventually scratched out "congressional". It would have been even more prescient had he left that in, not that it would have made any difference.
