Unless you're wanting to link specific communities (which is fine if you want that, I'd be fine with maybe a few of the larger communities being linked instead), you could probably just link to our community browse page and people can figure out how to subscribe from there, i'd guess. It's not ideal because it requires people to know how to search out communities, but it is what it is.
