Not really yet. It gives metrics on how much I sleep, and that’s kind of cool, but so far I’ve noticed very few consistent patterns. Two or more drinks, yes, sleep quality goes down. But exercise or no exercise, whether morning or afternoon or night, light or heavy? One drink or none, or even going on the wagon for six weeks? Coffee after 3pm or not? None of those seem to have made a predictable difference - maybe I’ll sleep great, but more likely not.

The only pattern I can tell is the more nights of bad sleep I get, the more likely the next night will be good; or conversely, the more nights of good sleep I get, the more likely the next one will be crap.

FWIW, in my case, getting to sleep is very rarely a problem. The problem is waking up around 3am and not getting back to sleep for an hour or two or three.
