Will SJR let Nice top talent go anywhere to the PL that's not United?

United also need a CB. I would say.

    He's pretty much guaranteed a starting spot at Man Utd and for a player trying to establish himself as a starting CB for the French NT, that is more valuable than being in the mix for a starting spot at Tottenham with tougher competition.
