how useful it is an apple watch for manual job workers? (alien.top)

i'm a physical therapist, so my job is manual. i don't know if having an apple watch is worth it or not. I've never had one, what do you think i should do? could it be useful? thank you

Do you use Apple Pay on your iPhone? If so the apple watch will change your life.
