Is Apple TV 4th gen HD still responsive? (alien.top)

I still have a 2012 Samsung HD TV, I was thinking about picking up an Apple TV HD(The model from 2015) since 4k is not a big deal for me. But I was wondering, is this Apple TV slow at this point?
