Is Apple TV 4th gen HD still responsive? (alien.top)

I still have a 2012 Samsung HD TV, I was thinking about picking up an Apple TV HD(The model from 2015) since 4k is not a big deal for me. But I was wondering, is this Apple TV slow at this point?

I have one still in use and it's ok, I would not buy one at this point in time though. A used 2017 4K model would be a better choice if you are looking on the used market.
