My framework's expansion card release button randomly fell off (alien.top)

The left expansion card release button on my Framework 13 just randomly fell off while I was lifting my laptop off my desk, I put it back on, but whenever I shake my laptop by the slightest, it just falls off. Can I get a solution to this?

Have you reached out to Framework support about this? They might have access to more documentation about this as well as other incidences and might be able to provide some advice or resolution.
