Someone on FB said it went from docsis3.1 to 3.0. the down light is supposed to be blue. Randomly moving the modem a certain way I can get it blue but only a few seconds. It's also making my speeds almost dial up speeds. Is there a way to fix it?
If you've already doubled checked the coax connections being nice and tight, call your isp. It's almost certainly a signal level issue or something else on their end.
