Someone on FB said it went from docsis3.1 to 3.0. the down light is supposed to be blue. Randomly moving the modem a certain way I can get it blue but only a few seconds. It's also making my speeds almost dial up speeds. Is there a way to fix it?
If the it's connected with coax, make sure the cable is screwed all the way in. I doubt turning it off and back on won't do anything, but it doesn't hurt to try
