My iPhone 13 Pro struggles so much with pictures at night, and it seems to be getting worse with time. I would not expect that from a two year old phone. What is this and is there a fix? (alien.top)

looks like my eyesight lol. on a serious note, cleaning the lenses might help. i regularly clean my phone so you could always consider that
