This is ironic considering that Tim Cook has met with China’s dictator before. And Apple does business with a country that is against basic human rights.

Once the US decided to hollow out its manufacturing sector, everyone does business with China at some level. It's virtually impossible not to.

Apple has more money in the bank than most countries in the world.

If they wanted to bring manufacturing back the the US, they could.
