Was a fat kid all through my teens. Didn't even approach my natural size until my late 30s early 40s. When this happened, it took no effort. Didn't even notice until about 5 years later. There is still time for you to be you.

Those are awesome and wise words, thankyou so much! How do we not notice when we've shrunk in size.. it has me mystified.
