I truly don’t care nor want cellular on my watch. I always have my phone with me. I also don’t care to spend an extra $10 plus a month for it as well. I’ve tried looking it up but have had no luck in finding the information. Any insight would be appreciated.

No. You can choose not to enable the cell service, but the watch cost won’t change.
