Tbh mfm is just something that doesn't interest me. It just seems kind of awkward where one person ends up third wheeled or you go for a classic spitroast and try not to stare at the other dude. I've always felt like if you're going for a 2+ situation you'd be better suited having 4 people and making it a party.

I had mmm, and nobody was third wheeled. Actually, it was quite the opposite as the spirit was to have several partners at the same time.

For me, the important thing is whether all the participants are okay with having sex with everyone else, and okay with seeing them have sex together.

I wouldn't do mfm if the other guy isn't bi too, or if the girl doesn't want to see boys having fun together.

I see what you're saying and I do agree with you. The reality is that the majority of people probably envision a mfm between three hetero participants in their fantasy of it. Unless both men are openly and comfortably bi there will probably be limited to no mm contact and it's just sharing the woman. That's the situation I was mostly referring to at least.
