I see what you're saying and I do agree with you. The reality is that the majority of people probably envision a mfm between three hetero participants in their fantasy of it. Unless both men are openly and comfortably bi there will probably be limited to no mm contact and it's just sharing the woman. That's the situation I was mostly referring to at least.
