What would be some fact that, while true, could be told in a context or way that is misinfomating or make the other person draw incorrect conclusions?

That doesn’t mean that word definitions are absolutely not arbitrary nor subjective. They are agreed upon in a civilization at any given time. I don’t have to deal with anything.
