What would be some fact that, while true, could be told in a context or way that is misinfomating or make the other person draw incorrect conclusions?

Wrong, a mortality of 94.5% has been shown not even close to 100%.

    One could say that people who haven't died yet don't have a cause of death yet so they can't be counted.
