Saw another user's username in the top right? (lemmy.world)

Only time it's happened, I had to refresh to get it to go away. I checked and the username is real, they joined 3 days ago.

Is this a common issue? Any security risk?

Same, it was really strange, they were using a different theme as well, I thought I was tripping
