What would be some fact that, while true, could be told in a context or way that is misinfomating or make the other person draw incorrect conclusions?

When people say a politician "raised taxes." More often than not it's a tax that does not apply to 99.99% of the population and they raised it from 0.000001% to 0.000002%

But boy do those campaign ads look good
