Saw another user's username in the top right? (lemmy.world)

Only time it's happened, I had to refresh to get it to go away. I checked and the username is real, they joined 3 days ago.

Is this a common issue? Any security risk?

might be, but I don't know. https://sh.itjust.works/comment/192981 see the comment by @Barbarian@sh.itjust.works though, it's going to be reworked anyways.
