I've seen it on a large number of images uploaded on startrek.website but viewed on another instance. There's a rule in EasyList that is matching *.website (it's a lot more complicated of a rule, but that's the gist). It blocks it unless it's coming from one of a few whitelisted pages like lemmy.world.
