Searched if Imagetoolbox had that option, but didn't find it.

Are there any good FOSS apps that can convert videos to gifs?

I remember Video transcoder from the past. It does not seem to be in Fdroid currently, as it is probably too old.

No recommendations from me, but have you tried using the ffmpeg wasm webapp? It looks to have a gif option and it runs locally. For just making a gif I imagine it's fine enough to get the job done.

    The scaling seems to make the the gif quality a bit too low.
    Is there a way to get it from 200 to maybe 300 or 400?

    Edit: .Searched and found another website that allows custom commands.
