    Do you have more info on how the company is structured? Everything I can find on their site just says it's "employee-owned", but I don't know what that means.

    Strictly speaking not a coop but the company has no investors and afaik all shares are owned by the people working there (including managers) Afaik there is no data on which employees own how many shares in the company .
