i mean, ukrops can't even explain it, because being a racist prick doesn't require precisely high intellectual potential....

    It's not an ethnic slur, it's apparently from the Ihor Kolomoyskyi sponsored political party, Ukrainian Association of Patriots:

    I have no idea why, since it's pretty marginal now, but it included many very loud ukrofascists, so probably because they became symbol of russophobia for Russians.
