Without any flashy marketing campaigns or social media fanfare, Valve rolled out a routine Steam Client update containing a very simple line in the patch notes: “Improved Steam Client startup performance.”

Oh holy crap I shouldn't be commenting on my phone, that's a horrific mess. And the answer is not high or drunk at all, just bad at typing while on a conference call.
