    They're right though, there should be a ~1200 people Israeli death toll increase on October 7th and there doesn't seem to be as sharp of a jump as you'd expect. It might just be that the video smoothes over the data and also it's really hard to tell because the time axis isn't labelled. I'd love to see a version with less smoothing and labelled axes of this...

    WTF are you talking about? The number on the graph literally goes from 9369 to 11241 on that date. The bump of the line is hidden behind the flag because it's so small relative to the other line, but watch the number printed right next to it.
