Yes, this is an actual sweet from my country. It's called a Kokoska (try pronouncing that! 😆)
It's really good, actually. Maybe my favorite sweet of all time. I'll do my best to describe it...

The cap is hard-ish and filled with ground coconut. The bottom (chocolate) part is filled with a light brown cream, which in my country is called Parisian cream, which is complete bs, it has nothing to do with Paris. In the middle of all the cream, there's also a small center made of red jam, I think it's strawberry. It adds a nice sweet touch to it, as the cream isn't that sweet itself. And on the very bottom, there's a hard base, similar to the top cap, but I think there's no coconut in it. Honestly not that much coconut, considering the name 😂
All in all, is good :3

That's one of the things I appreciate most about this country. The food is alright (even tho it's so heavy, fatty and unhealthy and combined with the beer consumption, you're gonna die lol) but the sweets! The sweets are amazing, and I'm really easy to please. Just give me straight up sugar and I'm a happy Miisha. And jam is great, I eat glasses of strawberry jam with a tablespoon, as if it was applesauce lol.
I'm weird, teehee :3

Here's another one:

I know something similar called Kokosmakrone, thats basically just the top of your Kokoska, sometimes with a thin layer of chocolate at the bottom.

If i manage to bake christmas cookies this year i'll try to make some with strawberry jam between the chocolate and the top.
