I feel that ever since the USSR fell the USA went gloves off, and did not feel the need to use softpower anymore, however i must say that trump has absolutely caused more people to reckon with the imperialist tendencies but that's not news, as the contradictions worsen the barbarity of the empire will worsen.

edit: i feel on an international level most people and countries have noticed that international geo-politics does not change when the ruling party change.
