Also, do any have both cool+warm backlight options?

I have an old Kindle Paperwhite im getting back into using, but open to considering upgraded options

load epubs/format via usb or bluetooth (not interested in the public library/borrowing thing)
warm/cool lighting modes is nice
moddable is cool but not even needing to mod to make interesting customizations/tweaks is better

I have an older Nook, but I found it too big to reliably take with me and use.

I just recently got an xteink x4 and flashed Crosspoint firmware on it. It's tiny and portable, and actually fits in my purse or tiny pockets! It'll take epub files loaded onto its SD card, and just sorta works.
