Benson has been a competent secretary of state. James is thrown and failed all over.
These two can not debate or directly answer a question. I almost had an annurism. It's like Benson's debate coach was 
she can beurocrat, but she can not debate.

They have been referring to the "Mississippi Miracle" since Mississippi has skyrocketed through the education rankings in the past few years, but they aren't doing anything different, everyone else has just gotten WAY worse at education. Schools have been getting shut down left and right across the country, teachers are all burnt out, parents don't care, and the districts just want to pass everyone on to the next grade to avoid looking bad.
