We have pretty different perceptions of this entire post and thread then. I read the text in the image specifically as a medical professional lamenting that their position pushes them to diagnose a disorder in the individual rather than validate their difficult and unpleasant perceptions of the systems they're operating in. Acknowledging someone's experience is well within the scope of therapy, but at the end of the day they can only facilitate change in the individual not the society. It will never say in the patient notes "this guy seems fine, society's what's fucked up!" because... That's in no way therapeutic and has nothing to do with a therapists job. I still don't really see the contradiction, but this is starting to feel more like goal-oriented litigation than a nuanced discussion so I'm going to wish you well and move on.
